Exhausted Poem by Natasha Foster

Exhausted

Rating: 4.0

I'm too exhausted to listen to another lie,
You do this far too often to bare.
You've got your head in the clouds,
You've gone up to high.

Don't bother, I won't listen,
Won't you just let me be?
Don't bother, I won't listen,
Don't come cryin' to me.

I've had enough, I can't stand this any longer,
I'm leaving you, don't bother chasing me.
I know where I'm going, I've grown stronger,
Now that I'm gone, please, just let me be.
