Face On Display - Poem by Hassan Panero
Strange face mixed among different faces
Frown unhappy taste of sound
Drown in the space of a clown.
Strange face mentally unsafe emotions at stake
Mis-understand could retaliate.
Facing the reflection in strangest places.
Ace's missing their poker face as players pay attention
Fold or risk the stake,
The trace of a child's face as mothers in public, alert and impatient.
The face that never spoke back. Reverse, attack or face ahead & smile.
The warm face that offers the stranger.
To appreciate the touch of your love ones, proved the comfort zone wrong as you never thought about it.
Face in book stored for any1 to look, Face that every pose imitates capture lies of our current state.
