Failure To Please (Society) Poem by crystal thomas

I don't know what to do.
I don't know what to say
Or how to say it.
So everything just comes out wrong.

Even if I try,
Nothing good ever comes;
So why should I try,
If trying fails?

Everyday I'm busy
trying to please somebody
And I cant even do that.
I can't

It's funny,
I see other people doing it.
Why can't I?
Why is it so hard for me?

I try to do something right
And it doesn't amount to much.
I'm always getting torn down,
By everyone...

I can try to please a God
My parents, my family,
A boss, a teacher
Myself

Every time I try
I fail.
It probably hurts so much
because i'm new here.

New to the outside world,
the polluted air,
The Fucked up home of ours
That we call society.

I can see my future,
And the future of others
Still stuck in this society
Dying from oppression

No Matter what standing
You are to others
You're screwed
You cant please

No one can.Try if you want.
You'll sit down and realize
That you failed once again
In this Fucked up Society.
