Faithful Poem by Thales Young

Faithful

Rating: 5.0

I try to keep the faith
full in us.
Together, through stormy weathers
we are all known to be sinners.

Once, i've passed father's decision,
Paid comission,
Plus the dowry.
We can get married.

And be surrounded by
Palm leaves & dove feathers.
Truly. My Other half.
You make my life better.

As we celebrate,
With family & friends
Cheers, laughter & toasts.
My Beloved, all i'm really wanting most

Is for us to leave
This british coast.
From cloud nine to foreign lands.
Eating aphrodisiacs.

Surrounded by oysters
Strawberries & chocolate.
Love is on demand.
And with this command.

A spiritual rebirth
As our two souls,
That was once solo.
Now become a band.

Orchestrating the music of life.
No reasons for your doubts.
Im here to make you my wife.
But as i kneel in front of you tonight.

Remember.
My Darling. I'm a stay faithful.
