Fall To Oblivion Poem by Evy Moore

Fall To Oblivion

The wind tho soft and soothing
slits my skin
eyes blinded by sorrow
mind obscured by lies
My heart
has reached the breaking point
of it's shell so frail
cracked
from your constant abandonment
destroyed by your love
inflamed
in the atmosphere i burn
like a shooting star
in perpetual darkness
i shine
hope seeps from the soul
all is lost
alone
i submerge
once bright now faint
my soul mistifies
i've lost my fear of falling
good bye
