the search for love has retired
im taking a long break
i observe strength for it's admired
will i rise up from heartache?
i will fight
against pain, against my tears
until it's alright
defeat my fears.
be strong
and find happiness again
time will drag long
but ill move past where ive been.
i am trapped in death
but ill find my way
capture my breath
in one thousand days.
fly away
from this fallen place
in one thousand days
i can touch your face.
keeping hope, trying to be strong
will i break?
i hope this hurt wont stay long
i know becoming numb isnt a mistake.
i will take my break
and regain what is gone
finding the strength it takes
to carry on...
