Fallen Angel Poem by T'Asia McCain

Fallen Angel

Wounds of insecurities
Tormenting my ways of life
Now an angel with injured wings
Blending with the night
Crying acidic rain
Drowning in burdens held by heart
Ego now completely drained
Pure morals torn apart
Destroying my finest art
Realeasing screams of rage
Setting forth my poison dart
Aches splattered on the page
Twisting in my cloth of shame
Sinking into remorse
Rolling in a pit of flames
Mind growing coarse
Letting go of hope and life
Building walls of anguished spite
Plumitting into dark delight
And seeking the unsought sight
