Fallen Angel - Poem by Nicky Turner

Fallen angel what do you see
The deep red blood falling from me
You lost all your hope
You lost your wings;
You fell from good graces now the hurting begins
You watch as I’m put to death
There isn’t a thing you can do
As I take my knife
And you watch as the blood spills over
When the knife enters inside
Now there’s a glimmer of something there, to watch this desperation
Watch the hope clear on my face
It’s all over now I’m sitting alone; the flash of the past
The future I can now see, it’s standing here; right in front of me
I’ve lost all I can, I can’t really see, but there’s one thing I need
The blood out of me!

    Has this got anything to do with what was in the newsletter, by any chance? XD
    Funny as hell if it is, if not, it's still a good prose poem.
