Falling Poem by Hugh McMaster

Falling

Rating: 2.5

Well, here I am
Wind in my face
So quiet
Flying

Time slows
And all's at peace
Waves break unheard
on the rocks below

Realisation
Too late
Sudden stop
Blackness

Pain swells
Broken and bloodied
Screams
Rebirth.
