Why did you go
you said you don't know
you knew i lost all my loved ones except you
when you leave i didn't know what to do
you told me the day before
you walked out that door
now i'm by myself
here crying on a forgotten shelf
i thought i was going to die the next day
i begged you please don't go away
i gave you my heart
leaving it in your hands, just for you to tear it apart
you told me to stay strong
but how could i when everything was going wrong
i knew i was going to fall
and i did into drugs and alcohol.
