Why does it feel like I am falling
Falling fast and nothing I do
Is right like no thing
I do will
Make me happy
I know what I want
And where I want to be
I want to be with you
In your arms
I know we should have been friends first
But things happened the way they did
For a reason I want to find out what that
Reason is
You remind me so much of my dad
That it hurts even more knowing that I
Have lost you as a boyfriend
I want to stay friends and work things out.
But I can’t be
Just be friends
I want to be able to hold you close
when I need to cry
and hold your hand
and just spend time with you.
