Father - Poem by Miss Bojangles

Father, father,
I’ve lost my shoes
Katy, Katy,
They’re where you left them, in the loos.

Dad, Dad,
I cannot ride my bike!
Katy, Katy,
Keep trying and you might.

Papa, Papa,
I seem to have forgotten my head!
Katy, Katy,
Calm down. Here,
A reality check.

Papa Kins, Papa Kins,
I’m lost in this dark land.
Daughter, Daughter,
Here’s a torch, hold my hand.
