Feeling Down Poem by Alexander Foald

Feeling Down

Out in the cold weather, afternoon passes me by
White dusts in the air, floating like some butterflies
This scenery is beautiful and quiet, lying within mystery
And I wonder why, this feeling cannot turn away from me

Cars speed up on the highways, rushing for timeless schedule
People walk down the street ignorantly, life flashes with each soul
Collisions of contradictories, stories never get near the truth
And I wonder why, I cannot get this feeling through

So much passion, so many dreams and so long of endurance
We’ve never had a great record, but sometimes we could make it balanced
Love is just another way to paint a rainbow, sugars to make it less bitter
And I still wonder why, I cannot make this feeling feel better.
