Fenrir Poem by Hugh Mitchell

Fenrir

'Fenrir, the giant wolf
son of Loki the fire-demon
ate Odin in the twilit fight
of Gods and Giants...'

And in the wood-smoked hall
the salty, fur-clad men
listened and shivered as they heard
the sharp-fanged wind
padding and snarling
down from the north.

Great poem. I especially like the wood smoked hall part.
