Flame Lily Poem by Tendekai Mugonda

Flame Lily

Beautiful yet poisonous.
Wonderful yet dangerous.
Rare yet famous.
She is a beauty a goddess.
She is more adorned than cleopatra.
A mother of all types of colour.
Yet a daughter of mother nature.
In some countries she is a queen and in some she is just a maid.
Flame lily a beauty that pierce the heart more than a blade.
