Fleeting Moments Poem by Katherine H. Belle

Fleeting Moments

A fleeting moment
Lies between
What once was
And what could be
Do you deny
That ever grasping pull
From forces unseen?
Or can you accept them
And register
Like a thief in the night
Your own hearts betrayal
Flying past you
Like headlights
On a highway
Are these moments.
So grasps them when you can
And try not to think
All you can do
Is hold on for dear life
And just enjoy the ride
