Fluttering Words
Situational,
it is,
memory to a
time or place.
You were
more
flirtatious
than I
ever expected,
the words
linger on
longer.
They stayed
liked I was a
flittering
snowbird
and I
was
instinctive
for flight.
Time has
passed,
years, but
I can
still
remember
your words
and the
smell of
your skin.
