Flying Gorilla Poem by Nancy Ames

Flying Gorilla

The human eyes,
the ugly face,
the weapon at his side...

The big white lies,
the master race,
against his tribal pride...

One wing's left,
one wing's right,
the skull is full of war...

Nothing's left,
not a bite,
of what he had before...
