For My Niece Poem by Sidra Mahmood Khan

For My Niece

O beauty mark for feeble hearts
Your presences make feel us smarts

And giggling telling new ways of life
As from opened window, coming fresh breeze
Soft cheeks, hands and nose cutting cruelty with knife
Like melting dew freeze

Everyone wants kisses plenty
Still remain empty

Like blistering sun
You are the one

Your cute laughing
Give taste of sipping coffee
Your snowball babbling
We all are spectators reclining

When crying, its in rhythms
As someone playing softly drums
Winkling eyes full of vicious smile
As kids in street scampering in a while

Your darkling eyes
I found my all love ends in them

You are the key
To open the lock of parents thee

O you are voice of reason
For mankind in all season
It's written somewhere in sky
Like skylark flying so high
