Life, with all it's problems, does, for so many of us just seem too hard and with no relief in sight. I just hope that, like me, there are good friends or relatives who you can reach out to. You only need one person in your life who you can reach out to or who reaches out to you to bring you back. Your head can be a really dark place at times.
