Real aliens nine
Cured of leprosy stand out
Go on their own way

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The real "aliens" in the Samaritan story are the nine people who were cured of their leprosy. The nine go on their own way as if nothing happened! The good Samaritan alone glorifies God and thanks Jesus for healing.
