Forgive Me Now, I'M Trying To Forget Poem by Mystykka Mysterious

Forgive Me Now, I'M Trying To Forget

Forgive me now I'm trying to forget all the pain I've been through.
I'd throw it all away, forget it any day, just to be with you.
I look outside at the pouring rain.
It reminds me of the tears of the previous years of pain.

I fall so fast all the time, but never this hard.
I've let down my guard and I find I want you as mine.

So forgive me now as I try to forget all the pain I've been through.
I'd throw it all away, forget it any day, just to be with you.

And I know you want to take things slow,
To not go so far as to say what we are or what we may be.
And I know it may never happen, you and me,
But the possibility is just enough for me to say,
Don't go. Please stay.

Stay with me.
Never let me go.
I'll be true.
I only want you to stay with me.
I'll never let you go unless you want me to.
But I want you to know, my dear,
I truly do love you.
