Freedom Poem by Elliot Gorman Mr.

Freedom

A new day is dawning over the horizon.
Four years of tyranny will finally come to an end.
The fight isn't over.
Justice must prevail! The evil ones must be held accountable.
The wheels of justice grind slowly; but they grind exceedingly small, Quote, Unquot.
The evil one is clever. He has a plan.
Bit by bit he will steal our freedom.
One day we will wake up and find our hands and feet are shackled.
We must maintain our vigil to root out evil wherever its ugly head is lurking.
Remember,
I am you and you are me.
Together we will be free.
Our skins are different.
That's a good thing.
Our friend Democracy yearns to be nurtured.
We must show our faith and trust in Him.
