Freedom Writers For Anne Frank 144 - Poem by Freedom Writers

Paris
I'll order rivers
Flowing on earth
To reach the clouds
And be rained again
Lilies and jasmine
Just to see you
Smile
Paris
Moons I will plant
In fields of skies
To let them all
Be suns and stars
Bleeding the light
Just to see you
Smile
Paris
They shot monet
They hit the lilies
So i've decided
To be your monet
And be your lilies
Just to see you
Smile
Paris
They kill the sun
They kill the moon
They kill the light
I will be your day
I will be thy night
Just to see you
Smile
Paris
Against all those
Who made your cries
I'll make my smiles
Be rays and rainbows
Dancing in your eyes
Just to see you
Smile
Paris
The sadness you see
It will be the words
And will be the poems
Written by the poet
Whose name flowers
Just to see you
Smile
Paris
All my past dreams
Gone with the winds
But I have my songs
Thus be once again
Dreams and dreams
Just to see you
Smile
Paris
I'll make the sun
Be planted on earth
To be a sunflower
Singing for thy eyes
And singing forever
Just to see you
Smile
Paris
I will end my poem
Yet thy love ends not
Forcing me every time
To cry then to smile
Then to smile and cry
Just to see you
Smile
