Leadership is friendship,
To me these terms means relationship,
To grow, let these two be watered,
And each day may never withered,
Since these two must be remembered.

In leadership, friendship is the key,
Road rage has nothing to say,
Rancor has no other way,
But to smile in every member anyway.

Criticism is the spice of leadership,
Its someone's right and for my principle to fight,
But what could myself make the day's light,
Is to make their days full of bright,
By changing our all might and make our years right.
