Today's the day to tell our special ones how we feel
How important they are to us; how what we have is real
From the first second we met
We were caught in a friendship net
You and me are like two peas in a pod
We stand by each other; against all odds
You lift me up when I'm feeling down
Give sound advice and keep my feet planted on the ground
You make me laugh when no one else can
Always willing to lend me a helping hand
We have so much fun; no matter time or place
Nothing makes me happier than that smile on your face
You radiate such beauty, joy, and grace
You truly make this world a better and happier place
We've shared special times; throughout the years
Shared countless laughs and comforted each other's tears
In good times and bad; our bond will endure
The love in my heart is unconditional and pure
Your friendship is a priceless gift that can't be bought or sold
It's value is far greater than a mountain made of gold
As I count my blessings; there's one thing that remains true
I'll always be grateful for the friend I have in you
