From The Beast To The Angel Poem by Lana Wesley

From The Beast To The Angel

Hey, fallen angel, yes, you are now on Earth
You're sitting on the ground and you're lost
Crying with crystal tears and so afraid
How to live this life here? Looks like a game

Hey, sad angel, they cut your winds away
Put you here among these people and deep pain
You prayed for a death which is better than this
No one can hear you here but me and I'm a beast

Hey, lost angel, you beauty touched me inside
Though my soul is dead and empty even to try
To feel an empathy or, I am sorry, devil, love
I can't stop looking how you cry more and more

Hey, sweet angel, that bright fire around you
I created to give you warmth, that how I do
Forgive me, I don't know other way than madness
In this people's world to take away your sadness

Hey, my angel, I have new wings for you and when
You sleep I will come near you to leave them
But here's the thing, they are black and heavy
To accept wings of the beast...will you be ready?
