Oh, garlic vinegarette,
Delicious and divine,
A flavor that I'll never forget,
On my taste buds, you always shine.
With a base of tangy vinegar,
And a hint of garlic's spice,
You add a burst of flavor,
To any dish, it's oh so nice.
From salads to roasted veggies,
You elevate them with your touch,
A burst of freshness, oh so zesty,
You make every dish a must.
Pureed to perfection,
In a homemade dressing,
You add a level of satisfaction,
That's truly mesmerizing.
Oh, garlic vinegarette,
A true culinary gem,
With every bite, I can't forget,
Your essence, I'll always commend.
So here's a toast to you,
Garlic vinegarette, my dear,
You make everything taste anew,
With your flavor, bold and clear.
In every drop, I taste the passion,
That goes into making you,
A true masterpiece, in a bottle fashion,
