Ghirardelli eyes
That boyish-
impious grin
I could never stay angry

Grunting noises while kissing my neck
Making me laugh—and cry
Where did he go?
That little boy wonder

A smile so BIG the world
Could never know
The love you
had to give


Screams as you reluctantly rode
A Farris wheel
Yet, willingly, without regard
You went without protection
and took a regretful spin

Ghirardelli eyes
That boyish-
