Ghosts - Poem by Justin Gildow

Ghosts appear out of thin air
Appearing here or there
Or just about anywhere

They know what I'm fighting for
And they don't like it
So as it is
I continue to move along
They give chase
Waiting and wanting to attack me
As they close in from all around

They want to rattle my nerves
Or just creep me out
As well as give me, what they think I deserve
