Godly Fear Poem by Moses Samandar

Godly Fear

I can’t see
I am blind
I raise the heavens
Rip up the oceans
The God calls out to the merciful
I can’t breath
It is mighty
The chains of the earth ring
The surface of the ocean trembles
The underworld rises
Nobody lives anymore.
Heaven crys out for its saviour.
Nobody lives.
The earth is barren
A wasteland
A tomb
A dead seasoning ground
I can’t breath again
No one is here
It is trembling
Never again
Tremble before the mighty one.
