Gold Digger! 'To My Conniving X' - Poem by Matthew Soriano
'Hock line and sinker'
I can't believe I felt for her
'Matt don't do it'
'You're barking up the wrong tree'
'Looks can be deceiving'
Warning after warning my friends all gave me
Like a stubborn ass, I did not that I would be used as a tool
What a fool, what a sucker, what a gold mine
It was the oldest love trick in the book and I took it
Like when the Japans boomed Perl Harbor
I did not even see it coming till it was too late
I just sat there and let her hand feed me lie after lie
So I came back with my own Atom Bomb…ha ha ha
My Mom always told me 'fight fire with fire'
'Matt I want you to by me a 14k ring for our one month'
She said, with a smile bigger than life itself
'I don't think so' I said
'I'll break up with you then' she said, with a poison look
'Not if I do it first' I said, with a smile that went ear to ear
'You don't have the BALLS'!
She said, with a fiery red face
'This relationship was not meant to be,
this is the end for you and me'
'You spent more time in my wallet then my condom did'
'I'm sorry it must…
no I'm not sorry it has to end like this'
'But I loved you Matt' she said with some tears
'No you loved my wallet more than me'
'SO THIS IS THE END FOR U AND MEEE'!
