Gone
Tears welled up in my sky blue eyes
As memories of you replayed in my mind
A sad sigh escaped my lips
Not sure if it was regret
Or comfort that you were free from pain
You were my first crush, my first hero
Without you I am nothing
Seeing you your deathbed
My heart ached as I begged god not to take you away.
Thank you for what you have given me
I will always love you
Even you are long gone
