I know that we had a promise
Together that we will never be apart, but there’s something I want to tell you, it’s going to be hard for me to do this
I got to let you know about it now than later
We promised to love each other and we’re supposed to be together forever
I don’t want to hurt you feelings
I want to be straight up with you, I want to tell you everything
That I’ve been lying to you, wasn’t treating you right, always hitting you and playing around behind your back
I know you don’t want to know about that
But I got to be straight up
With you, so I could put the pain to stop
You don’t deserve me
You deserve someone who’s going to love you truthfully
I don’t want to loose you
I love you and I want to be true
To you, but I got to let you go
I don’t want to keep every bad thing that I’ve done in side my heart, I don’t want to keep it on the down low, I just want to let you know

I’m sorry for breaking my promise to you
My love for you wasn’t true
