Goodnight And Pleasant Dreams Poem by Justin Gildow

Goodnight And Pleasant Dreams

The clock chimes in the midnight hour
Wilting is the annual moonflower
I sit on my bed in front of you
I'm in a shirt and hand me down sleeping pants
And you're in your nightgown

Goodnight and pleasant dreams love
For our special night is over
I hope someday there will be another
Goodnight and pleasant dreams
Goodnight world
