Soft and tender
Sleak and slender
Lush she looks,
with curls and hooks
She lies low to the earth
In the soil she takes birth
She is small and simple
and always stays humble
Crushed and grinded
by people a many
She keeps many a times,
their fallen penny
She bears
the weight of all
But the demand she makes
is very very small
She wants us humans
to make this sure
For the disease of pollution
to find a cure
If we keep her intact,
till our final posterity
We humans will be subject to
tremendous prosperity
So if we will practice Sustainable development
Along with our progress safe will be the environment
This is what the grass
wants to convey
Live your own life
and let others also stay.
