In me lies greater good,
A powerful force, so pure and true,
A light that shines, bright as wood,
Guiding me in all that I do.
With every breath that I take,
And every step that I make,
I feel it growing, deep within,
A fire that cannot be dimmed.
It whispers in my ear,
Filling me with hope and cheer,
Urging me to spread its flame,
And never let it go tame.
For the greater good in me,
Is a gift, a precious key,
To unlock the doors of change,
And make the world a better range.
It starts with a single thought,
A simple act, no matter how small,
For the power of good cannot be bought,
But it can spread, and conquer all.
So I hold on to this light,
Protect it with all my might,
And let it guide my every deed,
For it's the greater good I need.
In times of darkness and despair,
When the world seems so unfair,
I turn to the greater good in me,
And it fills me with strength and glee.
I see the suffering and pain,
And I know I can't abstain,
For the greater good calls out to me,
To help, to heal, to set them free.
So I reach out with open arms,
And embrace those in need of some,
Love and kindness, a ray of light,
To help them through their darkest night.
With every act of compassion,
I feel the greater good grow,
And the world's troubles seem to lessen,
As the light begins to show.
It's a never-ending cycle,
A force that can't be stopped,
For the greater good within me,
Forever leaps, forever hops.
It's not just about helping others,
But also learning and growing,
For the greater good in me,
Is a journey of continuous knowing.
Knowing that every little thing,
Every gesture of love and care,
Can make a difference, can bring,
A smile, a hope, a pair.
A pair of eyes that once were filled,
With sadness, fear, and despair,
But now they shine with joy and love,
All because of the greater good in me, I share.
And as I watch them bloom and thrive,
My own heart swells with pride,
For the greater good in me,
Is a feeling that can't be denied.
It's the purest form of happiness,
The greatest source of joy,
For the greater good in me,
Is a feeling that nothing can destroy.
So I'll continue to spread its light,
In every corner of the earth,
For the greater good in me,
Is a treasure of infinite worth.
And as I pass on this legacy,
To the young and the old,
I know that the greater good in me,
Will forever shine bright and bold.
For it's not just a part of me,
But it's my purpose, my calling,
To use the greater good within me,
To make this world more enthralling.
So let it be known, far and wide,
That the greater good in me,
Is a force to be reckoned with,
A force that will always be.
For it's the greatest gift I possess,
A gift that I'll always cherish,
The greater good in me,
Is my true purpose, my true legacy to flourish.
