Greedoid Poem by Okello Baloyi

Greedoid

A life where I had to walk barefooted on solid ground no matter the situation, back friend's wannabe invited on everything I celebrate while they should only observe everything on social media and react upon posts since they won't stand for my life's problems.

In a world where everything turns into competitions, where my success is treated as a threat, but our foe is bigger than flesh! In a society where donations are created for wealth than to feed the less fortunate.

Ideologically youth tend to invest where they don't agree upon and spend to feed harmful addiction but daily, they salve for beneficial of corporations which trick them in a name of sale.

Where black forks are disadvantaged from what they should live for and given what will reduce their lives, in a society designated to contempt blacks while their native land inherited from their forefathers is not in their names anymore.
