Another year gone by.
Another candle on the cake.
The tears roll by.
You've run out of candles.
You look back and recall.
Remember when you thought 20 was old?
Now, such a child.
The memories bring tears.
But, that's okay.
They make you sad, but joyous.
You wonder what happened.
How did those years roll by so quickly?
Why?
I wonder too.
But then I think,
'If the years hadn't gone by,
I wouldn't be sending these greetings now.'
But, they have,
and, I do.
Greetings are all I have to give.
Heart felt greetings
that come from within,
and extend,
outward,
to you.
On this day,
I bring you,
GREETINGS.
