Guard Your Garden. Poem by WIN VENTURA

Guard Your Garden.

A garden wakes with morning's light,
Bathed in colours warm and bright.
Butterflies dance from bloom to bloom,
Bees hum softly through sweet perfume.

Every flower lifts its face,
Blooming in its rightful place.
Fragrance fills the gentle air...
Beauty blossoms everywhere.

The breeze is fresh, the skies are blue,
Each flower sparkles kissed by dew.
No bloom competes, no petals fight...
Each simply flourishes in the light.

But every garden has a choice...
To hear the birds or heed the noise.

If poisonous weeds invade
The fragrance will start to fade...
Some weeds make the bees drift away,
And butterflies no longer stay.
So burn the weeds....
Leave none to spread,
Before the finest blooms lie dead.

Guard your garden, heart and mind.
Water with love, let kindness grow...
Beneath the sun, watch beauty glow.

Remember...

The garden is our life.
The flowers are our gifts and talents.
The fragrance is our kindness.
The butterflies are our joy and peace.
The bees are those who encourage, nurture, and help us grow.
The sunshine is hope.
The rain is life's lessons.

And the poisonous weeds...
Are those who envy, smile, then deceive...
Who poison the hearts they cannot achieve.

So...
Guard your garden well.
For not everything beautiful
Is destroyed by storms...

Sometimes...
It is destroyed...
By poisonous weeds that walk on two feet.
