Fake perfection, she's the belle of the ball
With porcelain skin and lips so full
Her beauty is just a plastic pull
Gullible and bubbly botox Barbie doll
Her eyes are bright, her hair so tall
Her body flawless, every inch
But beneath the surface, she's just a cinch
Gullible and bubbly botox Barbie doll
She longs to be loved, to be adored by all
But her heart is made of plastic too
For she believes in a world that isn't true

She'll do anything to fit in, to feel tall
Her injected self, a facsimile
Of society's standards, she's a devotee

She's trapped in a cycle, she can't control
Her wrinkles erased, her age denied
But her soul is slowly dying inside

But deep down, she still yearns to be
A real girl, living authentically

To embrace ourselves, flaws and all
