Halloween Poem by Brittany Gorski

The night was dark
it was halloween
there where ghosts and goblins everywhere
it was a maze
in a cornfield far away
the sign said 'enter if you dare'
I could hear people screaming
I laughed with my friends
we were pumped
went entered slowly
ten minutes later
a cat lept out and streetched
we jumped and screamed
then we giggles
we walked next to a pond
a man was drowning
we started to laugh
but our laugh quickly turned into a scream
a man with an axe stood before us
he quickly swung and hit his target
a laugh rang out
3 more people died in that cornfield
