Throughout the world great people fall
No kingdom’s seen to cope
God doesn’t seem to care at all
Or give to man much hope


Where is the church of yesterday
Why is there so much war
Could it be God has gone away
Or closed to man His door


Why does He choose from man to hide
Why are we on our own
Could it be God Himself has died
And left us all alone


Questions to God since time began
Accusers stand in throng
The devil always walked with man
Teaching his evil song


The devil sees the doors of hell
His demons understand
That God’s alive and all is well
Within Salvation’s Hand


So Satan’s seeks for man’s defeat
For man’s complete demise
He prowls to kill to lie and cheat
And blind unwary eyes


The tongue he’ll seek to capture first
For mighty is the word
Through which man’s blessed through which man’s cursed
Through which The Truth is heard


The Truth which seals the devil’s fate
That burns the filth inside
That gives The Key for Heavens gate
To Christ’s eternal bride
