He’ll Judge In Righteousness (1)



The day of death draws ever nigh –Ps.89: 48
With such alarming pace
All flesh is destined once to die –Ro.6: 23
God’s judgement then to face –Heb.9: 27

For all have sinned and fallen short –Ro.3: 23
Yet few of us repent –Mt.11: 20-24
Though man should know the true report –Mt.12: 18-21
An Advocate! God sent –Job.16: 19-22

But those who yet deny God’s name –Lk.10: 16
Rejecting Christ as Lord –Jn.12: 48
Soon will regret, when judged in shame
Feeling God’s vengeful sword Jn.3: 36

Without Christ’s help, hope is forlorn –Eph.2: 12
All flesh must understand
The day of grief will surely dawn
For those not in His hand –Jn.8: 21

Whose faith in Christ has given up –1Ti.4: 1
Will find excuses fail –Ro.1: 20
They’ll drink a while from Satan’s cup
To end with him in jail

God’s jail’s a jail no eye has seen
It’s jail as yet by name –Mt.8: 12
Sentenced to death can only mean
Eternity in flame –Rev.21: 15

Make no mistake, God’s judgements true! –Ps.98: 9
Who come before His face
Receive the sentence each is due –2Co.5: 10
The question! Is the place?

Within God’s church, His judgement starts –1Pe.4: 17
With those who’ve heard his voice –Rev.3: 18-22
With fire! He’ll judge within the hearts –Mk.9: 43-50
Where Christ, has been their choice –Lk.3: 16…PTO…
