He Lost Me-Now I Wear A Crown Poem by WIN VENTURA

He Lost Me-Now I Wear A Crown

He thought I'd break when he walked away,
But I found my fire in the ashes that day.
He lost the woman he failed to see,
The strength, the soul, the woman in me.

I stopped seeking what he wouldn't give,
I chose my worth, I chose to live.
No tears for the throne he threw away—
I built my own and claimed the day.

He may remember what he let go,
But I don't look back; I've learned to grow.
He lost me once—his greatest mistake,
Now I wear the crown he couldn't make.

I don't need revenge, I don't need his name—
I rose from the silence and mastered my flame.
He lost a woman he thought he could replace—
Now I wear my crown with timeless grace.
