he wanted to see your face
for the last time
he begged
he wanted to express his forgiveness
through a pure kiss

he wanted to kiss your lips
with your permission
to touch you with respect
to let u know
he never took advantage on you

he wanted to hug you
so u can feel
the warmth of his love
to replace the coldness you felt
when u were far away during winter

he said he still loves you
he said he wants to be with you
he wants to be with only you
but you are no more here

so,
to see your face,
he searched for your picture in the dark old dusty basement
to kiss your lips,
he kissed that picture and said sorry a thousand times
to hug you,
he hugged that picture close to his heart
to show that he still loves you,
he said 'i love you' to the picture every morning and night,
to show that he wants to be with only you,
he never talks to any girl and only talks to the picture of you...

yes, he's crazy about you..
yes, he really do care about you..
but what else can he do,
when he said 'nothing can tear us apart,
even when we're in two different worlds',
and maybe he was also telling you..
that even death will not tear you and him apart...
