He eludes the searching gaze—
hidden, ineffable, beyond the mind.
Yet within the still clockwork of thought,
He smiles—
reflecting Himself in sight.
Existence speaks His one language:
a presence looking through countless eyes.
Every form, every fleeting doubt,
every wandering thought
echoes His silent question.
I whisper, "Here is the One I seek"—
but every breath that speaks is His.
No shrine can hold His dwelling;
form is a passing shadow,
substance—a dream of the Impossible.
He conceives the world to see Himself;
each vision moves in His delight.
He says Be—and it becomes;
yet being and void alike
dissolve within His ancient smile.
None can say where He abides—
His home is the pulse of wonder.
Every veil is His own weaving,
self-drawn and self-unveiled.
The rose and the thorn are one;
pain and beauty arise together.
Each wave upon the sea of creation
is His indivisible joy.
He is never truly hidden;
He unfolds in every face—
serene behind a thousand masks,
one breath moving through them all.
Even the longing that seeks
is His gaze returning home.
And when all words fall silent,
when time and thought grow pale—
He smiles:
the smile before the first light,
beyond the final name.
