Hills and valleys
Shadows and storms
Wounding and healing
The light is in being.
From trauma to grounding
From assuming to accepting
From fear to rootedness
From ego to clarity
From darkness to blossoming
From pain to growth
From grief to joy
From them to us
From abandonment to love
From one to all
And everything in between.
Here we are
Being born again,
As ourselves.
Here we are,
Healing.
