Heart is a tedious thing to control
It wanders off in moments
Gets attached and wonders
What would it be like if I get thy
heart is like a traveling bird
today here tomorrow there
stopping in the way to take rest
building a temporary nest
it wanders here and there
Like a hungry bird
ever roaming to satisfy
the ever lasting hunger
the hunger to attain love
when the heart wanders far off
thinking goes out of the window
your not in your sane
your behavior is not the same
trying for a heart
which belongs to someone else
going down the wrong path
taking all the wrong turns
conscience comes into play
you think u made a mistake
trying to attain unattainable
but what to do when
your heart isn't yours anymore
even then the heart isn't convinced
questions itself ' what is wrong with me? '
am I not worth loving
y can't I attain it
trying, trying and trying again
all the efforts but no gain
the heart which I seek is a loving one
but it doesn't see me as the one
the heart weeps momentarily
it moves on but not merrily
still hungry for love
moves on to find a new branch
