Here I Am - Poem by Heather Hill

Here I am waiting for you to come back home
Crying at night wondering why you left
Was it something I said?
Was it something I did?
Please tell me cause I just have to know
Whatever I did I am sorry, please forgive me
I made some mistakes and I want to fix them
I wanna make it right again between us
Here I am crying a million tears for you
I've tried so hard to make you happy
I didn't mean to make you mad
Please come back
I want you to know I love you more than anyone in the world
I'd do anything just to you back in my heart
I would walk a thousand miles to get you back
Here I am stuck in the rain trying to get you back
